Dallas and Daisy, June 2009
Last summer, we got Nathan a couple of sweet little puppies from the Harrison County Humane Society. Nathan said, “This is the greatest day of my life.“ (He’s since had a few more of those.) In a few short months, those little guys got BIG. We were told they were some sort of beagle mix. I’m wondering if perhaps they’re part horse.

I am trying to imagine those “puppies” crawling all over Nathan now. I bet they are best of friends with Nathan.
He loves his dogs, but they can be a little over-powering sometimes. They still behave like silly puppies and don’t know their own strength.
They are constantly digging holes, tearing up plants, and chewing up anything they get their paws on. We need to buy them a 4th set of collars. They have chewed each others collars off three times! All we found of the collars in the above photo is a couple inches with the tags attached.
Maybe you need to buy the collars with spikes.
Now THAT is a dang good idea!
